No worship at Belfry Hall this Sunday (8/23): We will be worshipping at Green Lake Conference Center for our All-Church Retreat.

Emotionally Healthy Discipleship

Following Jesus isn’t just about knowing more about God—it’s about becoming more like Jesus in every area of our lives.

Emotionally Healthy Discipleship (EHD) helps us connect our spiritual life with our emotional life, learning to follow Jesus in ways that transform not only what we believe, but how we relate to God, ourselves, and others. EHD is central to how we live as the family of God. We hope that everyone at Incarnation will take this course as part of their spiritual formation.

Emotionally Healthy Relationships

We were created for relationship—but healthy relationships don’t happen by accident.

Emotionally Healthy Relationships (EHR) is an 8-week course that helps us learn how to love others like Jesus by becoming more aware of ourselves, communicating honestly, setting healthy boundaries, and navigating conflict with grace and truth.

Together, we’ll explore practical tools for listening well, expressing our needs, speaking the truth in love, and taking responsibility for our part in relationships. We’ll discover how to move beyond surface-level connections and unhealthy patterns toward relationships marked by honesty, freedom, trust, and genuine love.

Come and grow in your ability to love others well and build relationships that are healthy, honest, and life-giving.

Begins Tuesday, September 29!

Emotionally Healthy Spirituality

What if following Jesus meant more than simply doing more, knowing more, or trying harder?

Emotionally Healthy Spirituality (EHS) is an 8-week course that invites us to go deeper—to discover how our relationship with God is connected to the way we understand ourselves, relate to others, and navigate the realities of everyday life.

Together, we’ll uncover the hidden patterns that keep us from growing, learn to slow down and become more attentive to God, embrace the gift of our limits, and allow God to meet us in the places where we are most vulnerable. We’ll discover that true spiritual maturity isn’t about appearing strong or having it all together—it’s about becoming more deeply rooted in Christ.

Come discover a healthier, deeper way of following Jesus—one that transforms not just what you do, but who you are.
